Rabpe:

• Is not a bank
• Does not hold customer funds
• Does not provide settlement services
• Does not act as a payment aggregator

All regulated financial activities are performed by authorised institutions.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Comply with applicable laws
• Avoid fraudulent or prohibited activities

Rabpe shall not be liable for:

• Banking partner outages
• Payment network disruptions
• Regulatory actions affecting third parties
• Indirect or consequential damages

Merchants must:

• Be legally authorised to operate
• Provide valid business documentation
• Complete verification requirements
• Maintain active compliance status

Rabpe may collect:

• PAN
• GST
• CIN
• Bank account proof
• Address proof
• Director KYC
• Beneficial ownership details

Merchants shall not:

• Process prohibited transactions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Misrepresent products or services
• Circumvent compliance procedures

Rabpe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Fraud is detected
• Regulatory concerns arise
• False information is submitted
• Banking partners require action
